The globe was made by mounting the paper prints of the spherical segments of 20° onto a supporting globe. The 2 times 18 spherical segments are running from the Equator to the poles.
The virtual globe was prepared by taking a high resolution photo series of the globes and then by georeferencing of them. | Support |
